An eclectic, holistic approach to therapy
It’s so important to heal the whole person! Holistic therapy aims to help individuals find their mind-body connection to better understand their symptoms. When we are able to understand our symptoms/experiences, they lose power over us. And then we’re better able to navigate the road ahead. When we feel sad or happy or annoyed, where do we feel them?
